Mission of the Post

Ensure the supply of product in the vending machines installed in customers, following the established program to guarantee the assortment, availability and proper functioning of the equipment, complying with business procedures, guidelines and policies.

Main Responsibilities
1. Route Management and Scheduling
  • Review and analyze the programmed road books to avoid deviations that affect the service.
  • Hold meetings with the Vending Coordinator to review daily results and progress.
  • Request scheduled equipment changes when there are reasons that prevent your visit.
  • Analyze the programmed machines and ensure their correct supply.
  • Request Hand Held and keys before going out on the road.
  • Perform a safety check on the unit (gasoline, oil, air, general operation).
  • Verify that the vehicle's load matches that recorded at the beginning of the route.
  • Ensure full compliance with the road book.
2. Machine Sourcing
  • Check inventories on each machine visited.
  • Extract the DEX file using Hand Held for electronic sales.
  • Balance the selector's cash with what is registered in the system.
  • Record sales and proceed to fill the machine.
  • Prepare and transport product for supply.
  • Stock each machine ensuring product availability.
3. Validation of Machine Operation
  • Perform engine tests to verify proper dispatch.
  • Insert coins and bills to confirm the optimal functioning of the return system.
  • Perform surface cleaning for proper presentation to the customer.
  • Confirm that lamps and display are turned on and operating.
4. Inventory and Return Control
  • Place the remaining product in the truck for return to the warehouse.
  • Square assigned product vs. vehicle inventory.
  • Identify and correct deviations.
  • Prepare an inventory control sheet for monitoring.
  • Return to the CEDI for road clearance.
5. Daily Clearance
  • Export information from the Hand Held to the BBOX system.
  • Review truck load together with the warehouse supervisor.
  • Request pre-liquidation and verify differences.
  • Manage documentation with vending administration.
  • Correct deviations before proceeding to liquidate.
  • Show up in liquidation with documents to verify closures.
  • Request a signature and closing of the daily settlement.
6. Wallet Balance Control
  • Review machine balances and identify relevant deviations.
  • Validate if the difference may be due to administrative issues.
  • Request behavior review from the coordinator.
  • Build services in SIC for technical evaluation in case of faults or vandalism.
  • Manage technical documents for balance correction when applicable.
