We are a dynamic tech team committed to creating, developing, and implementing microservices improvements tailored to meet the needs of our clients. As a Backend Tech Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our software solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, testing, and maintenance of applications and services using Golang, ensuring optimal coding practices.
• Identify and drive improvements in the performance of existing software through code refactoring.
• Design and oversee the architecture of new applications or services, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Coordinate the integration of various services and components through RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other protocols.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of unit and integration tests to uphold software quality.
• Supervise and ensure that code, architecture, and system feature documentation are up-to-date.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting high-quality standards and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Facilitate collaboration among developers, designers, and business team members to achieve project goals.
• Implement and promote best security practices to protect information and system resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other integration protocols.
• Proficient in implementing automated testing.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with code review processes.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
