Una empresa de infraestructura crítica ubicada en Durango, México busca un Auxiliar de Embarques para controlar movimientos de material y gestionar documentos en SAP. Se requiere que el candidato tenga conocimientos en Office y captura de datos. Este rol implica recibir documentos para exportaciones y asegurar la disponibilidad de material en el área de embarques. Formación

• Conocimientos básicos de SAP y Office son requeridos.
• Se prefiere contar con Preparatoria terminada.
• Inglés básico es deseable.

Responsabilidades

• Controlar movimientos de material en SAP y realizar documentos.
• Recibir y gestionar documentos para exportaciones.
• Asignar transportistas a documentos de producción.
• Realizar reportes y dar seguimiento a existentes.
• Localizar material en el área de embarques.

Job Overview

Estamos buscando nuestro proximo Auxiliar de Embarques para formar parte de este gran equipo HUBBELL.

Responsibilities

• Controlar y realizar los movimientos de material en SAP, realización de documentos en office, comunicación con servicio al cliente (USA), realización de documentos para producción.
• Es responsable de recibir los documentos para realizar las exportaciones.
• Es responsable de asignar el transportista a los documentos de producción entre otras responsabilidades.
• Es responsable de realizar reportes y/0 dar seguimiento a los ya exiustentes.
• Es responsable de mover material en SAP, entre otras transacciones.
• Puede realizar algún trámite administrativo sencillo solo en casos excepcionales ó cuando el supervisor lo requiera.
• Localización de material en área de embarques.
• Realización de reporte
• Movimiento de Material en sistema
• Realización de documentos en sistema
• Realización de distintas funciones con varios T-codes en SAP
• Verificación de disponibilidad de material en el área de embarques.
• Recibo de producto terminado de producción (Deliveries) cuando el supervisor lo requiera.
• Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto.
• Otras responsabilidades propias del área.
