A leading professional services firm in Mexico is seeking an Assurance professional to join their team. The successful candidate will conduct financial statement audits, focusing on risk assessment and audit strategies. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 3 to 4 years of experience in external auditing. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

Formación

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in External Auditing.
• Strong understanding of audit strategy and risk assessment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in risk assessment and establish audit strategy.
• Perform substantive and analytical audit procedures.
• Discuss audit findings with clients and the audit team.

Conocimientos

Overview

Core Assurance focused teams perform financial statement audits for public and non-public clients across all industries. As an Assurance professional, you’ll develop expertise in a range of assurance activities leveraging technology tools and processes to ensure the highest quality.

Responsibilities

As a team member of the audit engagement, your main duties will include:

• To be part of the risk assessment and establish the audit strategy based on risks with the engagement team.
• To perform substantive and analytical audit procedures, and be involved in discussions at a high-level discussion with clients and engagement leaders.
• Addressed audit findings with clients and more experienced members of the audit team.

Job Requirements and Preferences

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- (Titulado)

Minimum Years of Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of experience in External Auditing

Oral and written proficiency in English required
