Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing buys, lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, state‑to‑state transfers (retitling), corporate name changes, and title follow‑up.
  • Follow Title Management Processing procedures, including title management projects where multiple units for one client require processing and collaboration with the employee and project team to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an administrative area or related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (adding data to cells, using the SUM function, sorting data) and Word (creating documents).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and focus on details.
  • Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced organization and able to shift to different priorities.
