The ideal applicant will have over 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics and proven leadership skills. The role involves designing strategies for optimization and coordinating with various departments. This position requires analytical skills and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading teams in national transportation.

• Manage domestic transportation operations and ensure compliance with KPIs.

• Design optimization strategies for routes and costs.

Schedule: On site 4 days and home office 1 day (Monday to Friday)

What the Candidate Will Do

• Manage domestic transportation operations, ensuring compliance with KPIs, transit times, and service quality.
• Lead teams of supervisors and operational staff, promoting development, discipline, and results.
• Design route, cost, and unit capacity optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Customer Service, Capacity, Sales, and Security to ensure efficient flows.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SAT, Weights and Dimensions, Bill of Lading, safety, and quality).

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Previous experience leading operational teams in national transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytical skills, strategic focus, and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Proactive leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented.
