A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Application Engineer in Guadalajara to drive digital transformation in lab applications. You will provide essential support and troubleshooting for lab-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in application support, is familiar with ITIL processes, and is proficient in both English and Spanish. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative automation strategies and enhance user experiences.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in IT/Application Support, ideally in pharmaceutical or laboratory environments.
• Hands-on experience with Biovia OneLab or willingness to learn.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and change control.
• Experience with Generative AI tools for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Basic proficiency in automation (e.g., RPA, scripting, workflow automation).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd-line support for OneLab and lab applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with application upgrades and maintenance.
• Contribute to RPA, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Partner with users and communicate insights clearly.

Conocimientos

Experience in IT/Application Support

Knowledge of Biovia OneLab

Understanding of ITIL processes
