About this Position
The Assistant – Supply Chain Team and Projects will support the Supply Chain department in coordinating daily operations, managing data, and assisting with strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, cost control, and overall process performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions such as procurement, logistics, production, and planning.
What you’ll do
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Supply Chain leadership team, assisting with daily operations, project management, and coordination of supply chain activities.
- This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain department and requires a professional who can handle a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Supply Chain leadership. Manage and coordinate the calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain confidential files and records, documentation repositories for policies, procedures, and project materials.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Support the supply chain team in coordinating logistics, supply planning and customer service.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. •
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, team members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
