Formación

About this Position

We’re seeking an HR GBS Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role will be key in implementing and strengthening the GBS model in Mexico — the first country under its scope — with a gradual expansion to Latin America.

What you’ll do
  • Provide end‑to‑end support to the local HR team across all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, payments, and employee data management.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Manage HR administrative processes in compliance with global policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement within the GBS model.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • +2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or GBS environments (preferably within a multinational organization).
  • Solid understanding of employee administration processes and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both local and regional teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
