A leading automotive supplier in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role involves billing, negotiation, and compliance tasks within a fast-paced financial environment. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or payable functions, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems like SAP. Strong customer service orientation and intermediate English are also required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounts payable functions.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Update and price analysis.
• Billing posting.
• Negotiate between suppliers and client, invoicing in SAP & QAD.
• Ensure invoices are received in client’s system.
• Emitting payment complements according to Mexican law.
• Conciliation of intercompany statements.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Compliance with SOX and internal procedures.

Your tasks will be:

• Update and price analysis.
• Billing posting.
• Negotiation between suppliers and client. Invoicing in SAP & QAD.
• Ensure that invoices are received in our client’s system.
• Payment complements emission according with Mexican law.
• Conciliation of intercompany statements shipments, invoicing, and sales.
• Internal and external audits.
• Compliance with SOX and internal procedures.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounts payable functions.
• MS Office proficient, especially Outlook/Excel.
• Intermmediate English.
• ERP systems; SAP, QAD.
• Customer serviceoriented.
