Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is in charge of providing support and supervising the reconciliation and guaranteeing the GLMC Certification, rolling forward prior periods bank reconciliation, receiving and saving the data in the respective folder, running the robot and the matching tool, classifying variances, GLI feed variances, written and oral communication, Key SOX control for variances up to $5M, uploading journal entries and Bank Rec. Supervising the customer service, participating in processes for improvement. Guaranteeing the correct reconciliation in time and form according to the SLA of the area.

Your Impact

As Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Execute RDA´s and RPA.
  • Perform and guarantee the bank reconciliation in the current period.
  • Communicate with cashiers and bank.
  • Make adjustments and analyze variances.
  • Identify and label variances.
  • Upload journal entries.
  • Post information in GLCM Certification.
  • Decision making.
  • Key Control SOX.
Qualifications
