A leading automotive firm in Naucalpan de Juárez is seeking an experienced AML Specialist to oversee compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and significant experience in AML/CTF compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional compliance initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to lead significant organizational changes while ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AML/CTF compliance.
• Certifications in AML UIF are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enhance the AML/CTF compliance program.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Mexican AML/CTF laws.
• Oversee reporting management for suspicious activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive AML/CTF policies.
• Collaborate with IT for compliance technology enhancements.
• Develop AML/CTF training programs for staff.
• Manage internal and external AML/CTF audits.
