• 1 year of customer service or data entry experience.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, record keeping, and clerical reporting procedures.
• Previous collections experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high volume performance-based invoicing for very large customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review all accounts before entry in the general ledger.
• Prepare cash applications and review before uploading.
• Email invoices and process credit card updates, charges etc.
• Handle high volume of collection calls.
