Position Responsibilities
- Process settlement statements.
- Fill out and process closing requests for closing agents/title companies.
- Manage homeowner registration and account updating in CINC.
- Communicate with association managers to process refunds.
- Maintain the shared resales email inbox.
- Coordinate with water billing companies regarding new homeowners.
- Process re-sales orders and maintain the database in Homewise.
- Embody and follow the Cores Values of the Company
- Work with the re-sales team according to the Housing and Urban Development compliance
Schedule:
Regular
Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Daylight savings
Monday to Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
- This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)*

- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience handling a high number of invoices
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience using Strongroom or a similar CRM
