Formación

Responsabilidades

• Run lockbox reports and post exceptions from lockbox report.
• Process customer refund requests and research customer inquiries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts pertaining to cash application.
• Research where cash received from customers is to be applied.
• Perform daily offsets, write-offs, refunds, and reversals as per policy and procedure.

About the Role

Trimble is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Payable / Receivable professional to our this role you will efficiently execute daily tasks in the cash application department including cash processing reconciliations adhering to policies for adjustments issuing customer refunds and managing end-of-month processes. Proactively reduce unallocated funds handle inquiries from all stakeholders and provide team-wide support to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Responsible for include running lockbox reports posting exceptions from lockbox report posting manual checks wire transfers and ACH deposits

Responsible for processing customer refund requests and researching customer inquiries as well as collector inquiries on historical cash postings pertaining to a customer

Responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts pertaining to cash application

Responsible for researching where cash received from customers is to be applied

Performing daily offsets write-offs refunds and reversal as per policy and procedure

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Graduated or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fluency in English is required

Experience with Oracle is preferred

Process-oriented with high attention to detail

Basic knowledge of computer MS office (Excel PPT Word and Google docs)
