A leading company in finance is looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Support to join their team in Mexicali. The role involves processing transactions, reconciliations, and enhancing service quality. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, and experience with Oracle. Formación

• Graduated or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.
• Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer MS Office (Excel PPT Word and Google Docs).

Responsabilidades

• Run lockbox reports and post exceptions from lockbox report.
• Process customer refund requests and research customer inquiries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts pertaining to cash application.
• Research where cash received from customers is to be applied.
• Perform daily offsets, write-offs, refunds, and reversals as per policy and procedure.
