A global leader in agricultural equipment is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Mexico, Nuevo León, Apodaca. The role entails performing complex clerical accounting tasks, analyzing financial data, and supporting data management systems. Multilingual skills are essential, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Candidates must have their tax situation certificate updated and the necessary work permits for employment. This position is vital to ensuring accurate financial processes within the company.

Main Responsabilities

Performs complex clerical accounting duties involving routine and non- routine calculations and analysis, reconciliations, verifications, and postings while ensuring accuracy and validity in the accounting processes. Requires limited work direction. Multilingual skills are required.

  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
  • Create a local document management system for an office or department.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  • Monitor and analyze data using established finance systems and protocols.
  • Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
