A financial technology company is seeking an Accounting Lead in Mexico City to manage accounting operations and financial reporting. The Accounting Lead will play a key role in strengthening our accounting operations and financial reporting capabilities as we prepare for a public company environment. We’re seeking a professional with a strong accounting foundation and experience in audit or public‑company reporting environments. The Accounting Lead will be responsible for managing month‑end and year‑end close processes, support audits and partner cross‑functionally to strengthen internal controls and financial reporting practices. Collaboration and coordination with other departments will be frequent to align on evolving business needs.
This position is ideally hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site.
