A multinational software development organization in Mexico is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Representative. You will be responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction, developing sales strategies, and engaging with diverse clients. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of experience managing major accounts, and strong leadership skills. Formación

Responsibilities
  • Help maintain the high level of satisfaction clients have with our software.
  • Visit existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand major accounts.
  • Participate in trade shows, demonstrating and promoting the software.
  • Assist partners with their sales processes.
Qualifications
  • The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Must have 5 years of experience as a strategic sales representative, handling major accounts (particularly with high-technology products)
  • Any experience in 3D metrology or strong knowledge of PolyWorks will be considered an asset
  • Must be a strong team player, demonstrating enthusiasm and excellent listening skills
  • Should have a consultative sales approach, with a self-driven attitude to assist users
  • Must exhibit autonomy, leadership, discernment, initiative, and determination
  • Should have a strong desire to learn about the software and the industry
  • The candidate must be able to engage in English-based conversations without difficulty
  • Availability to travel within Mexico (driver’s license required).
