Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations when performing welding work.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Use welding machines to join metal components together as per company standards.
• Follow safety rules and regulations when performing welding work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and ensure that they meet quality standards.
• Maintain all welding equipment in good working condition.
