The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction. They should have the ability to use a variety of welding techniques, including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and plasma cutting. The candidate should also possess excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position requires the ability to read and interpret drawings for all types of welding assignments, as well as the technical knowledge to accurately set up welding equipment in various positions.
