Job summary

Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced Web Developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. You will develop, test, and maintain web applications, including websites, portals, and mobile components, using modern web technologies.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, plus CMS experience with WordPress or Drupal. Strong English communication is essential; Arabic is a plus, and relocation to Kuwait is considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in developing web-based solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP and MySQL.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GIT.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles.
• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to think outside the box.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications, including websites, portals, and mobile applications. The Web Developer will also be responsible for researching new technologies as well as designing and implementing new features and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
