Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Web Developer to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and troubleshooting web applications to meet client needs, while collaborating closely with designers, back‑end developers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of web development experience, and expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces from designs and wireframes.
• Implement web pages using HTML5/CSS3/JS.
• Troubleshoot existing web apps for errors or performance issues.
• Collaborate with designers, back end developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain web apps by monitoring performance, security and issues.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Test cross‑platform compatibility across browsers/devices.
• Collaborate with marketing or customer support as needed.

Requirements:

5. 5. Maintaining web applications by monitoring performance, ensuring security and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
6. 6. Writing unit tests as needed to ensure code quality is maintained throughout the development process.
7. 7. Optimizing existing code for better performance and scalability of web pages or applications.
8. 8 . Testing cross platform compatibility for consistency across multiple browsers, devices, operating systems etc .
9. 9 . Collaborating with other departments such as marketing or customer support to assist with their tasks where needed .
