Job summary

Aaalmutawa is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to prepare and submit warranty claims for action or payment by the manufacturer within the specified timeframes. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and timely processing to ensure smooth claims handling.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 3-4 years in automotive claims, plus strong communication and organizational skills to support the Technical Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in automotive claims.
• Knowledge of auto electrical and auto-mechanical parts and claim processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the warranty job card has all the correct details for processing the claim.
• Ensure that warranty parts are tagged, stored and available for warranty audit.
• Supervise and verify warranty parts are scrapped per manufacture guidelines.
• Prepare warranty submitted report for Technical Manager approval.
• Report anomalies to the Technical Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensurethat the warranty job card has all the correct details recorded forprocessing the claim such as (Technicians time recorded on card, alongwith a complete right-up).
• Ensurethat warranty parts are properly tagged, kept in safe storage andavailable for warranty audit by manufacture.
• Superviseand check all warranty parts are scrapped in line with manufactureguidelines.
• Completewarranty submitted report for Technical Manger approval.
• Reportany abnormalities to the Technical Manager.
• Performother ad-hoc duties given by the Technical Manager.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma MechanicalEngineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic.

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Similar role inAutomotive sector.

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of auto electrical andauto-mechanical parts and auto-components & its claim process
