Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, packing and shipping goods
• Supervise staff members to ensure efficient operation of warehouse activities; provide training and guidance as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all goods entering and leaving the warehouse; ensure that orders are properly fulfilled within deadlines
• Monitor inventory levels; confirm accuracy of all orders prior to shipment; manage stock control system to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels at all times
• Ensure the safe handling of all materials stored in the warehouse; maintain a clean environment in accordance with safety regulations
• Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., procurement, operations) to coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and resolve any issues related to deliveries or orders
