Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer any questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set before seating guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Maintain a clean work environment by clearing tables, sweeping floors, etc.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
