Waiter/Waitress

We are currently hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a seasonal job, ideal for freshers seeking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. As a Waiter/Waitress, your responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat customers promptly
2. Present menus and recommend dishes
3. Accurately take food and drink orders
4. Serve food and beverages to guests
5. Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
6. Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally
7. Process payments accurately
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Filipino is a plus
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

Salary:
