Job Description

As the Vice President of Asset Management Operations, you will oversee a talented team dedicated to ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of back-office activities for our diverse client portfolios and managed funds worldwide. Your leadership will play a key role in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting the firm’s strategic growth objectives.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, guiding them in executing and reporting activities for client portfolios and managed funds.

  • Oversee the accurate processing of back-office functions, including trade execution, transaction reconciliation, and report generation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and industry best practices, effectively managing operational risks.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies, strengthening trust and transparency.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
