What You’ll Do
  • Lead brand growth initiatives (70%) with a strong focus on KOL & influencer partnerships.
  • Develop creative brand campaigns that resonate with the Kuwaiti audience.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns (30%) on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Share key market insights with HQ to guide product localization and strategic decisions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing and KOL/influencer management (consumer tech or education a plus).
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and paid media channels.
  • Strong understanding of Kuwaiti market and cultural landscape.
  • Creative mindset + data-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
