Alhasawi Industrial Group is looking for an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to handle freight operations, shipment tracking, and customs clearance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods while coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compare freight quotations.
• Manage forwarder contracts and shipment tracking.
• Handle customs clearance documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and resolve shipping issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Must be in Kuwait with a valid 18 transferable visa.
