Overview

English Tutor
As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing quality English language instruction to students in Kuwait. You will work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing personalized lessons that cater to their specific needs and goals. This is a contract position, with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students
• Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress over time
• Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance students' language skills
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language abilities
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update them on their child's progress
• Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and ideas for effective instruction

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, English Language Teaching or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience teaching English as a second or foreign language (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
• Passion for teaching and ability to create a positive learning environment
• Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates who are native speakers of English or have a high level of proficiency in the language. However, non-native speakers with excellent command of the English language may also apply.
