Responsibilities and Duties

• Drive truck to transport materials or products between locations
• Ensure cargo is secure before departure
• Maintain accurate records of trips and cargo delivered
• Inspect truck before departing on each trip and ensure it is in good working order
• Adhere to all applicable traffic laws in the jurisdiction where driving
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Communicate any mechanical issues or delays to manager or dispatcher
• Report any incidents or accidents to the relevant authorities when required
• Plan trips according to delivery instructions
