Overview

Truck driver position in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting cargo safely and efficiently to destinations throughout Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Following designated routes and schedules while adhering to all safety protocols
• Inspecting truck and trailer prior to departure to ensure it is in proper working order
• Securing cargo properly during transport
• Recording cargo information, distances traveled, fuel consumption, etc.
• Maintaining log books as required by Kuwaiti law
• Obtaining signatures or other proof of delivery upon completion of job
• Performing minor maintenance tasks on truck and trailer as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license
• At least two years of experience driving trucks
• Familiar with local roads and traffic laws
• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits
