A leading international franchise operator located in Kuwait is seeking a Training Manager responsible for the core training function. The role involves assessing training requirements, developing training content, and ensuring the quality of training delivery. Candidates should possess a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of training management experience within a large commercial organization. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsible for the core training function you will work closely with management in assessing training requirements and develop the content of training programmes to meet the needs of the department and advise regional learning and development managers. You will also manage the content and quality of presentations given by Training Officers and Coach Officers to ensure high standard of training delivery.
