• 0-2 years of IP-focused legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides legal advice and recommends a course of action on infringement/counterfeit matters.
• Manages, coordinates and monitors IP enforcement cases.
• Prepares day-to-day correspondences and reports to clients.
• Translates documents when needed.
• Conducts trademark, patent, copyright research pertaining to origin/background of the registered owner.
• Liaises with external lawyers and company branches for feedback on infringement cases.
