Job summary

Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to develop customized fitness plans and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, creating workout programs, and providing nutrition guidance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients to motivate and support them throughout their fitness journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness level and goals


• Design personalized workout programs based on clients' needs and abilities


• Lead individual or group training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals


• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients


• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans as needed


• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition guidelines


• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements

• Certification in personal training or related field


• Previous experience working as a personal trainer preferred


• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to motivate and inspire others towards their fitness goals


• Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate proper exercise techniques during training sessions

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
