Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to target companies and decision-makers to generate new business leads.
  • Handle incoming B2B inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Identify prospects’ needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead information, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or telesales.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous call center experience, preferably in a business services or solution-based company.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills when dealing with business clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
