Job summary

Kuwait English School (KES) seeks a Teaching Assistant to support teachers across KG, Preparatory, and Secondary levels in Kuwait City. You will help deliver lessons, support individual students, and prepare classroom materials while maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

Local hire with a 2-year renewable contract starting August 2026. Strong English skills and reliability are essential for contributing to student success in a respected international school.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Native or near-native English speaker.
• Willingness to support across KG to Secondary levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons across KG, Preparatory, or Secondary levels.
• Provide targeted academic support to individual students or small groups.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and displays in line with lesson plans.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, well-organised classroom environment.
