About the Role

Alhasawi Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the recruitment process, ensuring efficient and timely hiring aligned with organizational manpower requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee induction to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective, role-specific hiring strategies
  • Analyze job requirements to effectively identify and recruit the right candidates to the right roles.
  • Identify, attract, and source targeted candidates with critical skill sets through niche platforms and social media.
  • Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs based on market trends and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring demands.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certifications such as CIPD, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Transferable visa 18, must be available in Kuwait.
