Surveyor - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and provide accurate data for construction projects. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
• Gather data on properties, including boundaries, topography, and existing structures
• Perform calculations to determine property lines, elevation levels, and other measurements
• Prepare detailed reports and drawings of survey findings
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data for project planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in a construction or land development setting
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
• Proficient in using surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveys in Kuwait is preferred

Salary

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
