Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate will lead and supervise the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. We are a successful and growing company, and we are searching for a motivated individual who can help us continue to grow and develop our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A successful supervisor must also be able to quickly identify areas of improvement in order to maximize efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, as well as excellent communication skills. They should also have experience with conflict resolution and staff management. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Management is preferred but not required.
We are willing to consider applicants from outside of Kuwait, provided they have the necessary visa requirements and can demonstrate their ability to work in the country successfully. The salary for this position is 1000 KD per month.
