Job summary

Dasman Diabetes Institute is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support the development and execution of its strategic initiatives. You will gather data, analyze performance, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate workshops and follow-up activities with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in strategy, planning or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and dashboard tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in strategy, planning, consulting or a related function.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data-visualization or dashboard tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Basic understanding of project-management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data on organizational performance, market trends and benchmarking studies.
• Prepare slide decks, dashboards and briefing materials for strategy-setting meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings and action-tracker follow-ups.
• Assist in drafting sections of strategic plans, policy documents and progress reports.
• Maintain the Strategy Management Office’s repository of tools, templates and best practices.
• Liaise with business units to gather updates and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
