Job summary

National Bank of Kuwait is seeking a Strategy Manager to help develop, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. You will work with senior leaders to turn objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

You will analyze market trends, track performance, and present insights to executives while coordinating across functions to ensure governance and successful implementation of key projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, strategy, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• 6–10 years of experience in strategy, business planning, transformation, consulting, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of business and strategic plans aligned with objectives.
• Partner with leaders to develop strategic initiatives and drive implementation.
• Conduct market, business, and performance analyses to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Track and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery and outcomes.
• Prepare strategic reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration for alignment and execution of priorities.
• Apply change management principles to support sustainable implementation.
• Coordinate with functions to ensure governance of key projects.
• Lead strategic projects from planning through execution with business impact.
