Job summary

Visuna is recruiting a Sourcing Specialist in Kuwait to join the Supply Chain Division on a permanent basis. The role focuses on identifying and developing reliable local and international suppliers, supporting sourcing strategies, and performing pricing analysis to ensure cost-effective supply solutions.

Responsibilities include supplier prequalification, vendor performance tracking, market research, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 4–7 years experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, or supply chain.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial materials, or technical procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, prequalification, and commercial evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers.
• Support supplier prequalification, commercial evaluations, and vendor performance tracking.
• Conduct pricing analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market research.
• Support procurement negotiations through commercial insights and supplier intelligence.
• Maintain sourcing databases and procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions and business continuity.
