Job summary

Union Trading Company is seeking a Manager - FP&A to act as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analytics. You will deliver actionable insights to evaluate performance, track KPIs, and identify value-creation opportunities across all business units.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Quantitative Business field.
• Professional certification CFA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 6–9 years in corporate FP&A, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with 2–3 years leading FP&A.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ERP systems (Dynamics/SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating budget process and long-term strategic planning across all divisions.
• Develop rolling forecast models (monthly, quarterly) aligned to drivers.
• Establish standard FP&A guidelines, targets, and templates for stakeholders.
• Analyze monthly financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for variances and trends.
• Provide actionable insights to support revenue growth, cost control, and margins.
• Build multi-scenario financial models for investments and opportunities.
• Support CFO with ad-hoc strategic modeling and board materials.
• Design executive dashboards and KPI scorecards; deliver monthly reports.
