General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Stock Control Lead responsible for stock record management, reconciliation, and forecasting within a theater SSA in Southwest Asia. You will supervise personnel and ensure audit-ready documentation per Army regulations.

The role requires GCSS-Army proficiency, deployment readiness, and ability to work in austere environments; candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years Army supply/logistics experience or HS Diploma with 9+ years in Army supply/logistics.
• Proficiency with GCSS-Army including stock record management and inventory modules.
• Experience performing causative research, reconciliation, and audit preparation.
• Understanding of Army supply regulations, cataloging standards, and accountability requirements.
• Knowledge of demand analysis, forecasting, and materiel readiness metrics.
• Experience supervising Soldiers, DA civilians, or contractor personnel.

Responsabilités

• Manages stock record operations including cataloging, due-in/ due-out management and demand analysis.
• Maintains accountability of all SSA inventory and reconciles with GCSS-Army records.
• Performs cyclic inventories, causative research, and discrepancy resolution to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates with Receiving, Storage and Issues Sections to ensure proper materiel flow and record alignment.
• Prepares stock status reports, inventory roll-ups, and historical documentation.
