A leading company in Kuwait seeks a creative and dynamic full-time content creator to join their team. This role involves producing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, managing content strategies, and collaborating with designers and videographers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content creation and a strong background in multimedia production.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamicFull-time content creatorto join our team and produce engaging, high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create content that resonates with our target audience while aligning with our brand identity
This position has 5 key roles:
1.Content Strategy & Development (30%)
a.Develop and execute a content strategy and a detailed content calendar that aligns with the Best Al-Yousifi goals and target audience.
b.Create a variety of video content social media posts and reels
c.Ensure build up of follower network and ensure content propagation across all target social media channels.
d.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content plans to ensure relevance and engagement.
2.Multimedia Content Creation (30%)
a.Produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
b.Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring it meets platform-specific requirements and best practices.
c.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
3.Social Narratives & Performance Tracking (10%)
a.Strategize and build the content narratives for each category in consultation with category heads
b.Build category driven content calendar that takes into account seasonal implications.
c.Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
4.Project Management & Execution (10%)
a.Oversee all phases of content design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
b.Coordinate with retail team, graphics design team and other vendors as applicable to manage resources and schedules efficiently.
5.Analytics-Driven Design Adjustments (20%)
a.Develop campaigns and initiatives to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
b.Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and projects.
c.Develop and utilize analytics frameworks to performance metrics, customer flow, and content view times.
d.Apply data insights to refine store layouts and enhance customer engagement, continuously iterating based on analytics findings and business goals.
