The Special Needs Educator is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays. The role involves designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curricula, and employing evidence-based teaching strategies to promote academic, social, and functional life skills. The educator collaborates closely with therapists, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
