Euro Staffs in Kuwait City is seeking a full-time Social Media & Website Executive to manage and grow all company social media platforms and oversee the website. This on-site role offers opportunities for career growth.

You will create, plan and publish engaging content, reels, stories and campaigns, and coordinate digital marketing across outlets. Fluency in English and Arabic, plus website management experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Experience with website management.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Basic knowledge of accounting/accounts.
• Understanding of sales strategies and conversion.
• Knowledge of digital marketing growth and trends.
• Creative, proactive and responsible.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Willing to travel to our other outlets across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all company social media platforms
• Create, plan and publish engaging content, reels, stories and campaigns
• Manage and update the company website
• Handle basic website content, products and promotions
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads and sales
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Understand customer behavior and identify opportunities to increase sales
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across our different outlets
• Maintain and organize online folders and digital assets
• Monitor performance and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing tools
