Job summary

Bricks is seeking a Social Media Executive (Account Associate) to own day-to-day social media presence for a portfolio of client brands, from planning and copywriting to production and reporting. You will be the main contact between clients and our creative team, turning brand goals into content that looks great and performs well.

Qualifications

• Excellent Arabic and English communication, copywriting, presentation, and client-management skills.
• Strong social media, creative, project-management, and production-planning capabilities.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong business mindset, creative judgment, and understanding of social media aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and teams simultaneously, work independently, and perform under pressure.
• Strong understanding of content production, photography, video, styling, casting, wardrobe, and props.
• Familiarity with social media publishing, scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of working extended hours when projects or productions require it.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring each brand’s voice, aesthetic, and goals are consistently maintained.
• Develop monthly content plans and calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and key dates.
• Write engaging copy and captions in both Arabic and English.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients: present content plans, gather feedback, manage approvals, and keep communication clear and timely.
• Brief and coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other team members to deliver content on time and to standard.
• Plan and oversee photo and video productions, including shot lists, scheduling, styling, casting, wardrobe, props, and on-set coordination.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends, and competitor activity, and bring fresh ideas to clients and the team.
• Manage timelines and priorities across several accounts at once, flagging risks early and keeping projects on track.
